-- Boxing hand wraps -- Boxing gloves (Bag Gloves are OK) -- 3 changes of workout clothes per day -- Various snacks (i.e. Power Bars, trailmix, etc.) -- Your study manual -- Notebook & Pen -- Camera -- Lots of energy!!!!! Juice, Water & Bagels will be provided. |
